Peak Draw ("we," "us") provides personalized western big game draw strategy reports. This policy covers both the email and interest signup on our site and the report questionnaire you fill out to get your personalized report. It explains what we collect and how we use it. We keep this deliberately short and plain.
What we collect
- Signup: your email address (required), and the state and species interests you choose to share.
- Report questionnaire: your name (optional), your delivery email (required), and your hunt answers — residency, preference points, budget preferences, weapon and season preferences, hunt style, and goals. We store the report we build for you.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects standard usage information (such as pages visited and general device or browser details).
How we use it
- To build and deliver your personalized report, and to email you when it's ready.
- To contact you about new states, species, features, and offers from Peak Draw. You can opt out anytime.
- To understand demand by state and species so we can prioritize what we build next.
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Any marketing you receive comes from us, about Peak Draw.
Service providers
We use a small set of reputable service providers to operate the site: Railway (hosting and database), Resend (email delivery), and Google (analytics). If we add paid plans, payments will be processed by Stripe — card numbers never touch our servers.
Data storage
Your information — signups, questionnaire answers, and the reports we build — is stored in our PostgreSQL database, hosted on Railway, and retained only as long as needed to provide the service. You can ask us to remove your information at any time (see below).
Your choices
You can unsubscribe or request deletion of your data at any time by emailing dan.martin@peakdrawstrategy.com. We'll honor the request promptly.
